Carrs Pasties is a well known bakery brand established in Bolton, having made their mark in the local area with their retail stores they wanted to venture into an F&B venue. The concept took influence from popular food hall style venues and would have an all-day and evening offering, including live music stage and private function hire space.
The project was fully drawn and specified but is yet to start on-site.
